I want to thank Jon Burdick and Nick Sanford for finishing the construction project for my
office buildout at Endodontic Providers, PLLC last year in Colorado Springs.

Jon, it was a delight working with a true professional. Your expertise was refreshing, and I
learned much about commercial construction. I have some experience with residential projects,
but commercial real estate is different. I appreciate all the advice moving the project
forward. Giving that the mortgage of the office ranges from 15-20K per month based on FED
rates, any time saved was much valued.

I also want to thank Nick Sanford for expediting the completion of the permitting with the
inspectors. Although sometimes his methods were unorthodox, Nick was able to push the
project through. I also appreciate Nick's foresight to cut down the time for the installation of the
electrical box with the city. Hedging with an independent test sped up the approval time with the
compaction of the soil for the transformer. Most of all, I value Nick for serving as the liaison
between me and the subcontractors. During the construction, a few items in the architectural
plans were missing or misread; Nick was able to bridge the gap between my vision for the office
and what the subcontractors performed.
